This one goes out to ______ (i'm not sure if she would like me to mention her or not) who inspired me to make this blog. But I must say. I totally thought of it myself, but, she inspired me to put my plan into action. So. Let's start. You'll soon find out that I love make-up and the transformation effect it has on the human face. Which is why this blog is called "Paper Face"- it's because i think that the face is a blank canvas, just waiting to be um... painted on? You draw on paper. I draw on my face. It all makes sense. I decided to do this because, no one here is fun enough to have dress up or costume parties, so I don't get to showcase my work... ever...
So today decided that I would be blue! This is supposed to be my take on Emily from the Tim Burton movie "Corpse Bride". Before I did this look I actually did an Avatar look. I made the mistake of putting the paint on my ears.
It took a long time to clean out. Eww... Anyway. This time I decided to just cover up my normal-coloured ears with my hair. Smart hey? In case any of you are wondering I concealed my eyebrows with glue, which I'm very proud of. It's a trick I learnt off of YouTube. I think it turned out very well. Just clarifying. This wasn't supposed to look exactly like the character, it was just inspired by her. Comment if you have any requests or ideas on what I should do next... I lack inspiration.
